Substrates & Application:
Keep the substrate surface dry and dust-free.
Stir the AD100 and SP300 mixture evenly with a roller or brush.
Apply in two layers. After the first layer dries, apply the second layer perpendicular to the first layer.
Suitable application temperature is 5℃-40℃.
Drying time is 24 hours at 23℃. Lower temperatures extend drying time.
Temperature control:
Not recommended for applications below 5℃.
Surface drying time is 8 hours at 23℃.
Storage temperature -20 to 50℃.
Keep away from objects with temperatures above 80℃.
Application method:
The substrate must be clean, smooth, free of dust, grease, etc.
Visible cracks, pinholes, connections on substrates should be repaired and filled. Remove sharp objects from the surfaces.
Wet the substrates but without water on them.
Apply a mixture of AD100 and SP300 directly onto the underlying layers.
Two layers of coating are mandatory. The second layer should be applied after the first layer has dried.
Polyester mesh can be used to improve the strength of the waterproof layer.
Keep at least 24 hours of drying time after use. It may take longer at lower temperatures.
