Notices:

Substrates & Application:

  • Keep the surface dry and dust-free.
  • Stir NS200 evenly with a roller or brush.
  • Apply in two layers. After the first layer dries, apply the second layer perpendicular to the first.
  • Suitable application temperature is 5℃-40℃.
  • Drying time is 24 hours at 23℃. Lower temperatures result in longer drying time.

Temperature Control:

  • Application below 5℃ is not recommended.
  • Surface drying time is 8 hours at 23℃.
  • Storage temperature is -20℃ to 50℃.
  • Keep away from objects above 80℃.

Application Method:

  1. The substrate must be clean, smooth, free of dust, greasy dirt, etc.
  2. Visible cracks, pinholes, and joints on the substrates should be repaired and restored. Remove sharp objects from the layers.
  3. Moisten the substrates but do not leave water on them.
  4. Apply or spray NS200 directly onto the substrates.

    Two-layer application is mandatory. The second layer should be applied after the first layer dries.
  5. polyester meshes can be used to enhance the strength of the waterproof layer.
  6. Allow at least 24 hours of drying time after application. Lower temperatures will increase the time.
  7. A water barrier test is required to check the quality of the waterproof layer.
